That was such a weird scene! The humor sprinkled in this is generally great.

 

Love him.

 

It gets funnier and funnier each season imo.

 

I think it's like episode 8 of most of the seasons are fuckin weird. Right?

 

I had look up the different 8th episodes and reminded of "The Crash" in season 6... ohhh, boy!

 

Someone posted a site that has a great breakdown of every episode of the sopranos the other day. Does Mad Men have a page dedicated to breaking down every episode and the meaning??

this is one of my favorite scenes in the series. i couldn't keep it together.

 

So much new stuff to watch but this thread has me starting my first re-watch. Can’t wait to dive in again.

 

Wonder how long Betty will tolerate Don. I just got done the episode where he pushed her. His cheating will have to come out eventually. He definitely goes from calm to angry very quickly.

 

Don's character is both fascinating to watch unfold and infuriating because he can be such a terrible human being.

 

I wonder (and don't answer) if they go into his backstory of how he got into advertising. Like why is he so good at thinking the way he thinks? Is it natural, learned, etc. I liked the flashbacks of his youth and how he took the name Don. Very well done.

 

Not gonna answer! But continue posting quick thoughts and everything while you watch, I'm loving keeping up with it :)
