I figured on my rewatches I would sympathize more with Betty, and I just don't. At all.

Until the very end of course.

 

i've tried doing a re-watch so many times and life just completely gets in the way i never make it past like season 2 or 3 when i fall off. maybe i'll try again soon. this is not a show i can just have on in the background or while doing something else.

 

It only gets better the more you watch it. This show is like the pinnacle of dramatic television.

 

Started my first watch of this. At the end of S1.

 

I’m jealous.

Thoughts?

At the halfway point of season 5, and man, there is so much pettiness. I love it so much.

 

I’m actually doing a rewatch with my wife who’s never seen it. Fuck this show is too good. So many things I pick up on too. Great for re watch like The Sopranos.

 

Watching it with someone new who hasn't seen it is a great addition too.

 

on your second or third rewatch of mad men you'll realize that it is a sitcom

I like saying "A thing like that..." whenever it's appropriate.

I love Pete so goddamn much. What a great character.

Betty gets better and better each time you watch the whole series.
