To be fair, Fury Road got delayed a bunch as well while in production. I think it was supposed to come out in like 2013 then 2014, and then finally 2015

 

Let it cook no rush.

 

ehhh Miller is getting kind of old, society is collapsing and the planet is on fire...let's not take too long.

 

Yeah let us enjoy this movie before we have to live it

So I highly recommend Blood Sweat and Chrome. Absolutely amazing we ever got this movie, especially in the form that we got it.

 

He’s Australian right? They can film it in his backyard.

 

Hm different DP than Fury Road.

This is also another one of those movies where for some reason I only recently found out they didn't film it yet, I thought they filmed it around the time Tom Burke joined the cast

 

John Seale was technically retired but Miller got him back out to do Fury Road and then A Thousand Years of Longing. I guess, he didn't want to do another one of these which is understandable if you were enjoying your retirement
