really wish i could experience this for the first time again. i DEFINITELY wish i had seen this in theaters more than once. this kind of film deserves a large screen and surround sound

 

To be honest, I probably would have enjoyed it more if it was on a large screen with better sound.

That's a great quote. It makes me think about how many people who don't realize most the crazy stunts were actually done and not just CGI later on. I need to watch this again.

Watching this with a fresh perspective last night and I still can't get over the fact that it's a film that was made. The concentration of spectacle, every shot, the feeling of every shot, 10000 ml of adrenaline in each one. Those action scenes are hard to visualize, much less pull off in real life using actual stunts and vehicles and only minimal CG enhancements. This movie was a feat to make yet it was made and I get to watch it and experience that exhilaration whenever i have the time to do so . What a gobbonkers beautiful gift of a movie
