It's a shame too because I really enjoyed the first half of the season.

 

Guys, I know I'm super late here but on ep 4 and the crooked cop that is paid off by Cotton Mouth, I knew I recognized him from somewhere since the first Ep and it finally hit me.....

He's Brett from Pulp Fiction! Getting his breakfast stolen and then blown away seems fitting for his character after the twist in ep 3.

 

haha, yeah, it was killing me how familiar he looked. he was also on an episode of Psych!!

 

So I was watching this earlier and thinking something. Mike Colter is the pinnacle of human perfection, physically speaking. If aliens descended upon us and demanded we display our best human specimen, we should show them Mike Colter.

 

I am now 3 eps from the end and feeling free to read through this thread without spoiling myself, I agree that diamond back is really underwhelming and even though the shock moment of Cottonmouth's death was cool, they took him out too soon.

Sad for all the people that didn't get the amazing experience that was DD S2. Even with some of the plot with the Hand/Electra being underserved, someone said it best that this season had the best moments of all the series so far.

 

This really fell off after ep. 6. Love the method man rap, though haha

Interesting. I looked on IMDB. Haven't seen anything she's directed.

 

I finally decided to watch this and I'm enjoying it more than any season of Daredevil. Glad I got back into it. A few more episodes to go, then I'm going to watch Iron Fist, then the Defenders. I'm sure IF is at least watchable. I hope people have been overly critical.

 

HAHAHAHAHAHA episode 12: the Method Man cameo. That was brilliant!

 

The great thing about Iron Fist is that I watched it over a month after it has come out and I read every bad review. My expectations were very low, but it exceeded them lol. It's definitely the weakest of the four, but overall I liked it.

They were really cool together in defenders. It can't be any lower than the post Cottonmouth part of LC season 1 so we have that to be hopeful for.

Damn, im left with a dilemma now. Do I plan something romantic on my 4 year anniversary, or do I just watch Luke Cage? XD

 

Dilemma? What's more romantic than watching Luke Cage with your partner?!

 

It's a damn good thing we both love these Marvel Netflix shows :P

 

I hope this is better than the pile of garbage JJ2 has been so far.
