and the show sold out too!

 

It was sold out a week ago or so! That's the last time I checked.

 

Lucy just added another Chicago show October 10th at Thalia Hall, the day before her Vic Theater show.

 

Ughhh I’d much rather go to Thalia than the Vic I might have to buy a ticket and sell my Vic one

 

I know! I wish they would have just put both on sale at the same time. I’m seeing Jade Bird the night of the Thalia show so I’m stuck going to the Vic unless I switched that show and went the second night. I’ve only been to the Vic like once or twice but I remember not being a huge fan of it. Lucy at Thalia would be awesome.

 

Having seen Lucy at Thalia - yeah, I’d rather go there. Might do both. Considering it.

 

Guess there’s no presale for the Thalia Hall date. I’m buying Friday regardless.

 

This album has been growing on me immensely. Didn’t love it the first few listens, but I stuck with it and now I’m pretty obsessed.

 

cartwheel has grown on me heavy.

 

Sheesh. Graceland Too, Favor, and Please Stay are quite the trilogy aren’t they?

 

I willed this presale into existence. Also, yes, tickets bought.

 

Oh, absolutely. All heartbreaking.

 

Her conversation with Hanif on his podcast was really great! Highly recommend.

 

The best part of the interview was when she called him out for using the word cerebral in his review of the album

She covered Casimir Pulaski Day by Sufjan (again) with Tomberlin last night at their show together. Hopefully a recording is uploaded to YouTube since the first time they did it there was a lot of chatter from the crowd.

 

Would love to hear this. I'm kind of mad that I saw her four times last week and didn't get to haha.
