Albums: Moths, The Greatest of All Lost Arts, The Infinite Et Cetera Members: Matt Geise – lead vocals, Eddy Marshburn - lead guitar, Stefan Toler - bass, Valentino Arteaga – drums, Mark Luciano - rhythm guitar Didn't see a thread for this band on here and since they have a new album coming out this year (I think) figured it was a good time to start one. They did a reddit/facebook/instagram Q&A and played a couple new songs as well. Video: DEMO 1: 0:39:15 (Talk About It) DEMO 2: 1:02:13 (Griefeater) TEASER: 1:06:30 (breakdown)
I'm into it, even if I wish we would've gotten an album out of those old demos back then, as I've kinda moved on from that style since. Is there anyone that still plays that brand of post-hardcore nowadays? It really feels like I'm taken back to 2011. The few videos I had seen from their reunion show had me worried (they sounded very... sloppy), but I'm glad to hear they haven't missed a beat after all.
just realized this came out, this isn't the same singer right? sounds fantastic though, musically very engaging.
Still the same singer. I haven't followed what he's done since that one Dance Gavin Gance tour, so perhaps he does sound different nowadays.
Same 4 main members they had up until TGOALA, and now a new rhythm guitarist who seems to be an old friend.
The bandcamp track kinda blows the other two out of the water. Either way, super excited about this band being back.
They also finally put the track “FGRB” that was only on Bandcamp for one day up on streaming. Really into all the songs so far!
I’m a fan of the last two over the first two but like em all. Unfortunate it seems that Matt still is not very good live lol.
I saw them live when tgoala was out, and I’ve seen that live video of the reunion. Not great lemme tell you.
