Forgive me if it is too soon and so not appropriate at that time but learning about Mimi's passing actually led me to dive into their discography. I'm blown away by the evolution they've had from one album to the next over the last three decades. I'm drawn to their noisiest stuff the most so far, but I've loved everything I've heard from them. If you guys have any live sets to recommend, I'm up for it. Their music seems like it would take on another dimension live so I'm curious to see, in some kind of form, what it was like to hear them in that setting.
I’ve never had the pleasure of seeing them live, but these are a couple sets from their recent sonic era. The first video is (along with their KEXP appearance) probably my favorite recording I’ve seen of them. The second is one I came across recently that also sounds great and has professional camera work like the others.
