"Try to Sleep" is one of those truly special songs

Yo, where do I start with this band?

literally every album is great

I would maybe just start with the debut but you could also just start with The Great Destroyer onwards to get a feel of their newer sound

 

great destroyer is a great intro imo, not necessarily because it gives you an idea of what their other records sound like but bc the hooks are so frontloaded

 

Things we lost in the fire, imo

 

if you want to start with the more traditionally slowcore stuff i recommend either secret name or long division or things we lost in the fire but... you can pretty much start anywhere. my first was the curtain hits the cast which was... more difficult but i still loved it pretty much right away

 

Love me some hooks, will probably peep that one first
