Also, when the mythology starts going it's hard to stop watching, atleast is was for me. Had a great finale aswell
Fringe is pretty great but it takes a solid season and a half before it gets into gear. I'm going to do a series re-watch of LOST this summer. So stoked.
Person Of Interest carried that same magic for me. Truly captivating, heartbreaking, prescient, scary show that got bashed way too much in its first season.
Anybody remember when that promo aired for season 5 and you hear Locke say, "when am I?" and everybody on the forums was flipping out and trying to theorize what was going on? Damn, those were the days.
I wish I was aware of these kinda forums back when Through The Looking Glass Happened. God that fucked me up so much and I wish I could see reactions from that time.
There were so many dumb theories, it was incredible. I've seen shows since LOST that are a lot better, but I've never experienced anything that felt so much like a phenomenon. I miss it. I wish I could remember some of the more pervasive theories
It was especially emotional for me because I had convinced myself of the ending during the 4th season and I nailed it except for one detail: Fucking Vincent.
I can't watch Vincent lie down next to Jack in the series finale, or the shot of Vincent going after the raft towards the end of season one, without crying my eyes out every time
This upcoming ABC show is getting hyped on the LOST social media pages (and within the trailer). Looks like it could be pretty cool.
Just think, there was probably someone telling themselves that through six years of LOST... six years they'll never get back
Since I've seen seasons one thru four so many times, I started up season five over the weekend. I'm already 10 episodes in.
