So for my dudes birthday I custom ordered him some plugs with the dharma logo on them honestly, I’m disappointed with how they turned out. Not what I envisioned and I wish the logo was a lot bigger and more even etc. literally NO IDEA why she didn’t have the logo fill out the whole space but djsnsnsns whatever but at the end of the day he liked them a lot so I guess that’s all that matters
It was so fun when I rewatched it a couple years ago. I think I’m still a couple away from another rewatch but one day for sure
A couple weeks back my fiancé was scrolling through Hulu and said “oh hey, I didn’t know this was on here and I always heard it was good!” and now we’re on season 3 right after Eko dies. Think this is my 4th rewatch and she’s loving it. I can’t wait to get to the end of this season, she’s gonna lose her mind.
I doubt I’ll do a full rewatch until I date someone who’s never seen it so I could follow along and hear all her crazy theories, haha
My girl and I are almost done with The Leftovers, which is used as a gauge for “would she like LOST?” and now she has a full interest. So I think that’s gonna be our next show.
Man, if I could pick any show to miraculously get a 4K release... (Pretty sure I've read that it wasn't shot in anything nearing 4K though) Seeing this pop up on recent threads today has got me thinking about a re-watch though, damn. Back closer to its finale I talked so many friends into watching and had so many back-to-back re-watches.
This is so crazy to me. In my brain The Leftovers is absolutely advanced Lost and I can’t imagine going the other direction. I haven’t done a rewatch in forever but this might be a good time to revisit. I’ve stopped and started a few times and always seem to get distracted, but I doubt that would happen now.
I suggest rewatching along with either Hogwarts Reacts or Normies (YouTube channels). They both just finished rewatches of the entire series and it's great.
Does anyone else feel like the reputation of the finale has been slowly improving? Both the rewatches I saw on YouTube recently were big fans of it. I feel like without the baggage of all the dialogue around the show week to week, people might be more open minded to it.
i have always loved the ending, fortunately most of my friends did as well so I never found myself in a real serious debate over it.
This is the first post-initial showing television program I ever binged (November of 2014) so I didn't have the week-to-week fascination that the show held onto for 6 seasons. I bawled like a baby during the finale and it is still one of my all-time favs.
