My fiancé and I just finished this (this is like my 3rd or 4th time watching it all the way through and her first). She’s balling like a baby haha

 

The charlie/clair reunion in the finale made me ugly cry and still does each time i see that scene and i have zero shame admitting that.

 

My ugly cry was Vincent comforting Jack as he laid dying at the end

 

Both of those got me. Charlie recognizing Claire hits me so hard every damn time.

 

I didn't cry much, then again I am a sociopath.

Man, everyone hugging in the church just fucking kills me

 

I don’t think it’s the final episode, but I always well up when Juliet and Sawyer remember each other

 

Jack's conversation with his dad was the final straw for me in the finale. full on ugly cry haha

 

Yeah jack/christian conversation gets me all emotional and then when he goes out into the church and see's everyone it's all over

 

yep that too, its part of the finale not sure if finaleA or finaleB but i consider it all one anyway

 

I still hate them for Sun and Jin. So much.

 

sun and jin didn't actually make me cry but i think it was because i was just so emotionally and mentally wrecked from that episode that i couldn't fathom tears lol, i just felt like they tore out my heart and ran it over with an 18-wheeler.

 

I wrote my university dissertation on LOST. I’d love to read it now and see what waffle I came up with

 

goddamit there were so many tearful moments in this show.

heck, even in season 1 when Sawyer tells Jack about meeting his dad in the bar and what Christian said... i was like, "seeeeee Sawyer does have a heart awwwwww and look at Jacky Boy's face awwwwwww"

 

Oh yeah that was a great one too.

ugh i wanna rewatch now lol

 

Yea this show has me crying like three times a season lol

 

(which means it's time to watch exactly three episodes and then forget to keep going, it's an annual tradition)

 

I did a full rewatch like 3/4 years ago and it was great, but I think I want to wait until I forget all the details again. I like when it comes back to me as I watch.

I haven't done research, but I wish there was like the "essential guide to Lost" where i don't have to watch over 100 episodes to feel like I've done a rewatch, haha

I like the show quite a bit, but that's just too many episodes to watch. I'd love a 20-40 episode version of it.

 

This show will 1000% be remade or get a sequel series at some point.
