Car crash cams started getting into my algorithm and honestly it's made me more scared but I can't stop watching!
i'm going to a show on saturday and i noticed there's also gonna be an author signing at a comic shop i'd like to go to, so i looked up some other places that might be cool to check out along the way and... crazy plan, or genius plan? four miles of walking doesn't sound as daunting if it's broken up a bunch. I figure i could just hop on a bus if I get tired. and I'd take the bus straight back up to the subway station after the show.
ughhh. sorry, gonna vent for a sec. -on the drive over to the subway, i had to pull over to take a call, so i was late getting to the station, and got to the subway just as the doors closed. the next one was only fifteen minutes later but it was still super frustrating at the time -the double-double i got at in n out was a teensy bit too salty. the lavender drink i got at starbucks was too sweet/kinda gross. the wet burrito i got next to the venue was kinda underwhelming. minor things that add up -the opener fucking sucked, they were so goddamn annoying. i basically stood by the bar so that i could have a whole ass wall between me and the stage -i left the show early to catch the bus and still managed to miss it bc i couldn't cross the street in time, so again i watched as my mode of transportation left without me. i ubered back to my car and basically missed the last part of the set for nothing three other concerts in the past two weeks all went smoothly. i guess i was bound to break my streak at some point. on the bright side... -nice weather, pretty easy walk -i got to meet nicole maines! she was so nice -i spent way too much on vinyl and comics -rebecca black is an amazing performer so, i had a very... mixed day. but i wanna believe the good outweighed the bad. so yeah. let's just go with that.
Anyone else been to see the Fallout S2 set in North Hollywood? It's up at the old dollar theater at Victory and Bellingham. My doctor's office is right across the way and you can see a lot of it from the street!
Looks like it'll be used for filming! You can't get all the way inside the fences but you can see it all from Victory. I heard the IHOP parking lot on Laurel has a good view too but I didn't head over to that side
I’m kind of surprised it doesn’t get used more often, especially now that the theater is closed. I was shocked to see it in Captain Marvel
my lovely and wonderful wife unfortunately had to work today so I've got a spare ticket to Great Grandpa tonight if anyone is interested
Damn. You have no idea the second life I just lived imagining ditching my wife and kid tonight to go see Great Grandpa.
BRUH the one time i decide to rent a convertible for my day in LA last saturday, and i find the PCH is closed from santa monica to malibu. SUPER bummed. other than that, the weekend was a frickin blast. my friend had never been, so she enjoyed herself thoroughly
nah. i used budget. i wasn't spending money on a room, so i splurged a bit on the drop top. def have to do that more often.
