People were launching them in Anaheim last night around 11:00 PM.

 

Yeah they were going off all around my neighborhood from like 9 to midnight lol

 

Yeah if you live anywhere central they’re popping off all night lol, especially for us near USC

 

Haha I literally said to my fiance yesterday "Ahh now it's time for the traditional Christmas Eve fireworks."

 

I was driving home yesterday and was very surprised to see fireworks. We don't get that in the valley afaik

Two different couples we know are evacuating to our house for now from Pas/Altadena. Already raining ash near USC. Hope everyone is staying safe.

Friends in Glendale are evacuating.

 

We are one zone away from the evacuation zone. My mom a few miles north likely lost her house. The air is really bad.

Somehow, the wind blew the embers in an erratic enough way where my mom’s house is OK but three houses on the same corner block burnt down. Seems like the fire in that area has settled so hoping that means the unscathed houses are in the clear.
