I have never seen them, and they're truly one of the only active bands that I like that I have never seen live, so I'm gunna do it up. Also Alvvays and King Princess are opening which rules.

 

I would go for King Princess then bail hahaaha.

Anyway, I have never been big on The Strokes anyway, so my experience probably doesn't hold a ton of ground anyway.

its very much to cross them off the list but maybe theyll surprise me. idk the last time they played a show not at a festival.

 

FWIW I’ve seen them twice and both were good, the second was incredible (Gov Ball 2016). I have seen plenty of mediocre live videos though so it depends on their effort. With the new album coming out next month I imagine they’ll bring their A game to this show

 

The show I'm referring to was their Coachella set which was directly before Kanye's MBDTF set, which made it that much worse in retrospect when compared
