I might be interested, lemme see if anyone else is going to that show that I know. Driving from LA to a show in anaheim solo is unideal.
Should be free. I'm up in the Valley, but anywhere along the Red Line would also be good. Also I don't drink, but it's not like I can't get non-alcoholic things at a bar...
if anyone has any sort of suggestions, I'd be very appreciative! I'm in Culver City but thinking a downtown or midtown spot is probably better for everyone?
I'm down! It would be cool to meet new people, it feels like I only interact with people at work lately. Definitely something near the red line would be preferable!
Grand Central would probably be the easiest thing if a ton of people plan on coming. that's right there.
man i wanna join this but i live near SFO and Im not sure if I’ll be able to take some leaves at work but that’s also my birthday so that might be a good enough reason lol but I also wanna see It 2 in Arclight so who knows. lots of stuff going on in this post
Can’t do that date as I’ll be in Florida at show rehearsals. Back on the 12th. Or around next weekend
I'm seeing Jay Som on the 13th but it's at the Echoplex. I might be able to hang out before then, but the commute would not be ideal. Wouldn't say that weekend doesn't work for me, though; I'd just have to work around that.
Arts District Brewery could be a good shout. Large space, they do food and non-alcoholic drinks for those that don't drink, plus a few arcade machines and skeeball machines. Plus parking if anyone would drive
Yeah, I can probably manage that. I've walked from the Red Line to the Moroccan Lounge before, which is about the same distance, it's not bad. Would give me an excuse to visit Little Tokyo on the way.
