Playing Coachella

 

Very excited for it, I saw her last time she was at Coachella and it was so fucking packed I couldn't see much. Glad she's main stage this time, and I'm going to do a better job of getting closer.

 

2014? That's the only time I've seen her. I was pretty far back, but she she was good.

Jealous! But actually happy for you. Coachella has unbelievable lineup list - Lorde, Tycho, Avalanches etc.

 

Yeah this year is shaping up really well

 

Other festivals look better, in the big picture, but Lorde (Jesuse as I like to call her now) would be cool to see. I don't remember the name of the festival, but they have Foo Fighters AND Tom Petty, which I'd take over any of Coachella's headliners.

 

Bottlerock. I'd take Petty in place of Radiohead, only because I have seen them at Coachella already, but Beyonce and Kendrick are better headliners than Foo Fighters and Tom Petty in 2017

 

That's a bold statement! It's only been 2017 for 4 days! haha. But seriously, I just like Foo Fighters and Tom Petty more than Radiohead, Beyonce, or Kendrick. On Coachella's third night, I have only heard of 4 of the bands/artists playing. That's how out of the loop I am, I guess.

 

Haha, I guess I meant from an overall standpoint that Beyonce/Kendrick is waaay stronger than two older rock bands when it comes to the musical landscape we live in.

Now if you are talking personal preference, then yeah they are stronger for you ha. I would pick Beyonce/Kendrick/Tool if I were picking from headliners of festivals so far (Coachella, Bottlerock, Gov Ball)
