i've only seen Lorde once, at Boston Calling 2014. A thunderstorm with a tornado warning went through the city and the festival was paused for a few hours, and then Lorde performed while everyone was re-entering. Very iconic
Yeah these prices are nuts. Nearly $300 for a ticket in the 100 level and $116 just to get into the building. I paid less for bigger or similar sized artists at the same venue (Billie, Dua Lipa, Charli).
Philly tickets were around $80 for the upper levels which is still a lot of money but sadly less than I was expecting
And I can eat 80 before fees, that's fine. I don't mind being in the upper level then. But I will simply not pay that much money for a single show.
It shouldn’t be easier and cheaper for me to get a ticket to a smaller venue (Solar Power Tour) than a much bigger venue.
I saw her 4 times and they were all incredible, hope I can get tickets for this one Coachella 2017 Staples Center 2018 Shrine Auditorium 2022 Primavera LA 2022
i initially balked at the prices and backed out. then went back in and considered the “cheap” seats but figured if im spending 200+ for a couple of those then fuck it, let’s throw floor on the credit card. melodrama and solar power tours are two of my favorite ever shows i’ve been to, otherwise i probably would have passed
It was the right move for me. 730 in front of me when I bought. But now I have to decide if I'm doing this or going to Nashville for MJ Lenderman.
