I love Royals but it’s not even top 10 of that year

 

Far from her best song but it’s in the conversation for the most important pop song of the century when you look at how it changed top 40

I feel like "Ribs" is the one, anytime I hear it I'm like..... damn this song is amazing

I really hope the tepid commercial response to Solar Power doesn’t discourage her from taking that next step and continuing to be an album artist.
