Yea I've been there I think maybe 3 times? Kanye West was a complete nightmare to get in. One of the worst experiences I've had getting inside a venue. That may be schewing it a little bit in my mind. I don't remember it being like atrocious for Panic! at the Disco or twenty one pilots, but I do think there was some wait, so I'd allow a little extra time.
Has anyone here ever upgraded tickets through ticketmaster? Is it a nightmare? I'd like to get out of the nosebleeds for this one.
Thank you. You were dead on but I anticipated there being at least 20-30 minutes after doors which were listed for 7. So I missed her and am annoyed but will survive. I've seen her (and RTJ) multiple times and I'm ultimately here for the kiwi. I caught the tail end of her set and it ruled and the reception was nice so that made me happy enough
I'm disappointed at how poorly this tour has been selling. But on the plus side I guess this means I can get cheap tickets and finally convince a friend to join me next week for the Brooklyn show.
You shouldn't feel too bad, there was a really great article about how there is this HUGE void between stadium artists and club artists where Lorde just happens to be. Just because she isn't selling out stadiums doesn't mean it's selling poorly, if you put the exact same people inside a smaller venue, sure... you "sell it out" but so what? Plus, the bigger cities actually have been pretty full. I can speak for LA being full and it looks like Detroit was
Chicago show was also full. I don't think it was "sold out" but you wouldn't have really been able to tell the difference either way. It seems like she's doing fine in bigger markets.
Actually pretty reasonably priced merch! I think t-shirts were like $35? I got a poster for $25. I mean obviously still overpriced, but compared to other arena tour merch, not too crazy.
Seeing Lorde, then Justin Timberlake just highlighted how much I love Lorde. Justin's show was great and such an impressive show, but Lorde's just had so much more heart that it left a much bigger impression.
It's pretty cool! I bought it to fill the void for the signed lithograph I misplaced (read: probably threw away on accident).
Merch is tight, got the Perfect Places tee. Can’t believe they’re selling the Mitski crrwneck for $75 though lmfao
