Melodrama is an improvement from Pure Heroine for me in pretty much every way, but the biggest thing is that it feels like a full album with a story and a theme. Pure Heroine feels like a collection of really good songs.
Yes. It's so good. I think I've found a new appreciation for pop music this year (Bleachers, Paramore, Lorde) especially with how they approach songwriting. I adore Supercut. Always fun to gain a new perspective, because I can start appreciate different things when I go back to my favorite albums.
