Moscow mules have become like Dallas official cocktail in the last 5 years. Alot of them use that Deep Eddys stuff here. No idea if its good on its own. Theres like a grapefruit variant too but I steer clear of flavored vodkas otherwise.

I love a good moscow mule. I'm not into flavored vodkas though. I'd rather add the actual fruit or spice to plain vodka.

 

I used to drink a fifth of flavored Bernettes (aka Bernie Slammers) before I went out for the night so my opinion on alch is pretty trash.

 

Tequila is purely a mixed drink thing for me. When I go to the liquor store I usually get Hendricks, something daft, and something regrettable. The last time was Hendricks, Peach Schnapps, and more Peach Schnapps. I made jello and now I know what it feels like to die.

I'm usually good at moderation and I'm not one for parties haha. Only time I'm real bad at moderation is at the Fermentation Lounge because my friend just keeps ordering interesting shit.

 

Yeah I don’t think they used flavored vodka they like muddle in the fruit. I’m sure some cheap place just use the flavored but I think the ones I’ve had were actual fruit.

 

damn that's the first vodka I ever had and it is terrrrriiibbblleee. Hard to get down, but we were 17 or 18 and it was cheap.

Burnettes and Crystal Palace were the first vodkas I had when I was younger. I still cringe

I have. My cousin had them at her wedding. Very good. I had a good amount of them

 

Idk any mixed drinks. first time I ordered one at a bar I got an Old Fashion cuz I was watching Mad Men at the time and it's all I could think of.

 

I also love those caipirinha cocktails to death
