Freshness is the key for me. I’ve had too many bad stella’s to go back to them.

 

What all have you had? I bet you could change your mind.

 

Oh right. Most of the time Im drinking beer its draft so it helps. However, Stella comes in cans with nitro taps now I believe and it tastes great.

Interesting. Haven’t seen it in cans like that. Usually when I’m drinking at a bar there’s a nice saison or a sour I can reach for instead of the pils but I crave a good traditional one.

I gravitate heavily towards the Belgian and German styles. My very faves are pils, tripels, saisons, kolsch, dubbels, scotch ales. I like most beer but that stuff gets me super excited when Im out and drinking.

They are. I mean in Germany theres actual laws that govern what the style can be. And it was either them or Czech Republic that created the style. But yeah a fresh Euro pils on draft is pretty unbeatable imo.
