so glad i gave up drinking. it's been two-three months and i'm on the last notch of my oldest belt. i don't weigh myself because it's easier to slip when i can calculate my losses and feel comfortable, but that tells me i'm my smallest since 24 or so, and given i haven't changed my eating habits much that feels nice. 90% of my food cravings were booze induced (if you can believe it, weed tends to make me eat less)

I'm trying so hard to learn, I'm sure it'll be a bit easier to learn when I have time to sit down and put 100% of my brain towards learning it at that exact moment, but I can't do it because I'm too scatterbrained
