I have a very curious mind about that type of stuff as well, but my research about it has definitely bit me in the ass before. I get in way over my head and some of the things I've learned have changed me forever.

I would suggest not going onto the dark web, but there are YouTube videos of people going on there and you can live vicariously through them. It is fascinating though.

I just got a call for an interview with another company and now my anxiety is through the roof

I like my job now and the people I work with but this job is higher up and better paying and probably more stable than where I'm at now but still, the idea of going through an interview, getting used to a new company and the people, is sending me into a panic

If some of the stuff I've read about it is true, then there is some foul and grotesque shit on there. I'm all about dark, disturbing stuff, but once it crosses into the realm of reality and actual sick and depraved human beings...no thanks bye bye!

Did you ever watch the YouTube videos about the most disturbing sites on the dark web? I almost didn't make it through.

 

I honestly enjoy most of my time on Reddit. I feel like most of the threads I browse are very wholesome and the community seems to be very supportive, though I know the exact opposite is also prevalent there. I just haven't been exposed to it, except for when I started browsing r/brandnew after everything went down.

I bawled during Dear Zachary, but that's a documentary and was in an emotional state when I watched it. I know I've gotten teary eyed during movies, but I think that's the only one to elicit such a physical response.
