it's an old house converted into 2 apartments so I know that we probably shouldn't be smoking but there are so many things we overlook so they can live their lives. They are super loud upstairs sometimes but we totally ignore it because we get that we share an old house in the city and if we want total silence we need to invest in our own house. They have come down like 5 times over noises DURING THE DAY. Excuse me sir and ma'am we are allowed to make noise during the fucking day! I can't even imagine what they'd be like if we had kids or a dog. Also I open a window when I'm smoking, use a smoke buddy and at most smoke 2x a wk! Sometimes people need to compromise and let some things go.

 

yeah, i believe PFT said it on ep 294 and then it came up again on a Besser ep because he's a big fan.
