I don't know much about Denton, but I'd guess you could probably find something if you just go a little further away from the school/downtown or whatever.

I wouldn't have ever thought to move to Balch Springs, but now that I'm here, I love it. I only have to drive 10 minute further than I was already driving when I lived in Garland/East Dallas, but now instead of having 10 barking dogs and wheelbarrow fires 10 feet from my bedroom window, I just have an empty plot of land.
