Do Hanukkah. There’s Biblical proof Jesus celebrated it. Christmas is pretty pagan. But so is Easter. Celebrate Jewish Holidays, but unlike most Jews, believe Jesus is the prophecied Messiah. Jews mostly don’t recognize him as such because he wasn’t a conquering hero to take down Rome as they expected coming out of the 400 years of silence (the gap between Testaments when the Greeks took over the world then fell to Rome).

I don’t really like going out of my way to label myself, but if someone asks, I tell them I’m atheist-agnostic, as one has to do with knowledge and one has to do with beliefs. I don’t know for a fact that there is or is not a god or higher power, but I haven’t seen any evidence that would cause me to believe in one, and certainly not the god of the Bible.
