i slept for 12 hours last night. thanks painkillers.
still feel like shit but at least i don't have to work and wasn't up all night.

weekend is packed with obligations but i managed to sequester Saturday morning for the sleeps/don't have to be a functioning human until noon. i am excited for those particular sleeps.

 

Kumamotos are the best, but there's fantastic east coast oysters that rival just about any others on the west coast. Malpeques, Wellfleets, Blue Points, etc. The key is how fresh they are.

 

I've had severe neck pain that goes down into my back and shoulders for the past 4 or 5 days. I'm starting to wonder if I need to see a doctor.

 

my throat has been fucked for the past week. figuratively. after several trips to dr they think i have an abscess on my tonsils that needs to be drained

thanks guys, at the very least im not having to be at work today. im posted up on the couch with orange juice and vicodin until i go up to the hospital. im good but also a little nervous about what draining this entails.
