IMO the peak is probably S4, but generally stays consistently good throughout with some stumbles here and there.

 

So i work for essentially a estate sale company and we often try to do elevated estates with moderate to high value. But we our a service based company too. So of course being estates theres old people that pass away and stuff. Well i found a giant nazi flag in this persons house today. Thats texas old people i guess but on top of it the house is absolutely disgusting. It probably hasnt been cleaned in 10 years im guessing. Maybe more. Its smells of smoke and cat pee and theres fur and dust clumped on to everything.
