Job applications/Government paperwork are so racist, I swear. I'm filling out this application and the first question it asks is "Are you Hispanic?" I'm half, so I click yes. Then it asks if you are "White (but not Hispanic)." Well, I'm half white, but I am also Hispanic, so I guess I can't pick that. Oh thank god, they have a "Two or more races" optio-oh wait no fuck, it's "Two or more races (but not Hispanic)." What the fuck?! This has been an issue for as long as I've been filling out paperwork.

Glorious. It was 85 degrees the last four or five days of the trip. I ate so much good food. Some of the best meals of my life. Now back to reality. Coming back to Philadelphia is always the worst haha. How was your turkey day?

That list hits the most common seafood I feel.

Chilean Sea Bass da GOAT may be too niche. Same with swordfish. And grouper.

 

This is a good list. I think we should add Mussels to oysters/clams and also, make Lobster Tail just Lobster. Halibut would be another great fish to add. Maybe just tuna? So we can include yellowtail/hamachi.
