And tonight is one of those nights that makes me hate my job. We we're super slow but all the servers kept ringing shit in wrong, asking for re-fires on half their food. Cooks kept misfiring tickets, forgetting shit, not reading special instructions. Our front of house manager was nowhere to be found. I was two seconds away from going full Gordon Ramsey on everyone.
