    FUCK stuffing, man. I think we're having Beef Wellington and Turkey Wellington. I'll prolly have the beef and then an absurd amount of mashed potats and a salad and a bunch of wine.

    @Bloodsucker II i'll let you know how wellington is. I've never had it either.

    Hahah, same. Had to do some inventory stuff at a building i'm not even familiar with. Makes no sense why they put me in charge of a building i'm not even in.

    My brother and dad love gettin' crazy experimenting with different drinks too. I'm not even over there yet. I'm sure it'll be a long night :crylaugh:

    If you're doing Beef Wellington you gotta do it right. Sear the whole tenderloin, make a mushroom duxelle. Put that down on the puff pastry first, then the meat, then top the meat with some foie gras. Put black truffle paste on top of that. Then wrap that whole thing up and bake it.

    Super traditional way of doing it, for good reason. It's like being face fucked by flavor.

    Edit: I made one like this for a group of six that came into the restaurant I work at. We charged them $300 for it.
