I hurt my knee while running last week, now I can't walk without limping and am in a ton of pain

I think I somehow screwed up my ankle/leg, it's been throbbing all day and hurts to walk. I have no idea what I did

I did! I've been good about it for a while to try and exercise a decent amount each week, but I think I screwed up running yesterday or something. It's awful and I never want to do it again
