My diet is ridiculous. Eggs fried in butter every morning. Chef salad for lunch with plenty of meat, cheese, egg, bacon, veggies, ranch or blue cheese dressing. Dinner is protein and a veggie or two.

I'm losing a pound a day. So is @Dirty Sanchez basically. It's worth it to go on it for a month or two and then slowly reintroduce carbs back into your diet. I live for carbs.

I REALLY need to start doing something like this. I could easily stick to this diet, but I just don't plan anything and wind up eating garbage just because it's what's available. I've been trying to stick to getting a salad for lunch at least.

 

Similar. Keto is more intense and typically healthier for you.
