I get sleep paralysis a whole lot but I've never hallucinated.

 

Oh god. I’ve seen some fucked up shit during sleep paralysis. I hate it

 

No good dreams that I can recall either. Sometimes I'll kind of jolt awake in the middle of the night and I assume it's waking from some kind of dream, but I've never remembered any details

 

yeah, ive only hallucinated twice, but one was horrifying and one was so real it was disorienting

 

same, did you ever read the Left Behind series? That shit gave me nightmares of being afraid i wouldn't get taken in the rapture and left to deal with all that shit they talk about in the books.

that type of shit is manipulative and predatory and i don't care for religion at all in large part because of what that type of system of belief and guilt do to people.

I've been waking up at 5 in the morning and I'm pretty sure that I've been having a dream (read: nightmare) that I can't go back to sleep before I have to wake up for work at 7.
