I get to go to NC after work tomorrow with 5 other people. Staying in a cabin 'til Friday then switching to a campsite in SC to tailgate for the Clemson game. Lots of hiking and brewery hoping to be had. Went deep sea fishing yesterday. Solid week so far.

Side note, yesterday while we were fishing, we were 30 miles off the coast and all of the power on our boat went out. Slightly eerie being surrounded by fog, unable to see anything but the...sea.

I was going to say that's like 8 months worth of socialization for us

 

truly sounds terrible.

 

I would maybe go to the friendsgiving event because food. All the others are bullshit. especially the birthday. if you're over the age of 12 you don't get to care about your birthday anymore.

 

I celebrated my birthday this year. Was great. And my girlfriend's. We had a large group of friends surprise her at our favorite Italian restaurant. 10/10. Would do again. Will do again. Looking forward to it.
