I can’t imagine what it’s like to be homeless in a place where it snows

 

Some guy I know was recently homeless and he was in some place where it snows, I don’t know where, and he said he found a big recycling bin and “slept” in there. And he’s an educated and intelligent guy. Just down on his luck

 

And getting a job that pays enough for a place to stay

And getting a job in the first place without a lot of belongings to make you "presentable"

 

My cousin froze to death about a decade ago. His mother's boyfriend (friend of his) wouldn't let him inside.

i feel so much sadness and anger that homelessness is even an issue at all. housing is a right.

 

there are far too many storefronts in SF that have large stones cemented in place to keep people from sleeping there

I am a Words with Friends champion. I get weirdly competitive about dumb things like that
