Because of my past with eating disorders, it’s a fine line for me and snacks. I still can’t eat stuff like a full candy bar without triggers or feeling freaked out. I’ve made a lot of progress with it but it’s still a long road to walk.

 

I live on eggs, cheese, deli meat, chicken, and tortillas. Quesadillas, wraps, omelets, scrambles, etc

I whole heartedly believe I’m addicted to food and I don’t say that in jest. If I could continuously consume food with no adverse effects I would, no doubt.

I've been doing pretty good mostly. But at work today I had two starburst (I was saving the good candy for another day) and a box of nerds and a gummi saver. And two cookies and a brownie, it was someone's birthday
