I live in Tennessee so North Carolina’s beauty is kinda a reflection thing

 

as I eat kosher I rarely eat bbq because so much of it is pork.

gimme that Caribbean inspired fish recipes any day

 

I almost said, "but Florida has all that great seafood." I forgot about your kosher diet, NC vinegar pulled pork is my favorite bbq. I suppose NC has some good seafood along the coast though.

I don’t like Carolina grouper but Florida grouper is one of my favorite fish dishes. It’s amazing what a few degrees in temp does for flavor.

 

Same with oysters. I think southern oysters are about the worst I've had, yet ones from Virginia can be pretty damn great and they get progressively better the colder the water is.

like no artists i adore are releasing music this first half of 2018 as of right now (that i'm aware of) so i'm using spotify's new release calendar to try and check out new music. it's very sad how hard of a time i have connecting with most music these days.

didn't know brian fallon was coming out. grandpa g has never heard of camp cope.

 

Fallon, Camp Cope, Dessa are my big ones for the first few months.
