So he is actually a pretty nice dude and we get along great when he's not hurling insults. It's a weird dynamic because at some level I think he's just doing it to impress me like internally he's thinking (what can I do to make this big black dude even more of a friend!) We see each other every evening Mon-Thursday.

His son only lives with us every other week but pretty much every day he makes a comment about if his son was gay then X, which is odd.
