I haven't made too many playlists as of late. Apple Music's favorite mix for me usually has done the job for me, and there will be times I'll listen to full albums of something faster.

I am a prisoner in my own home and I can’t handle it much longer. I am constantly filled with anxiety. I haven’t felt this way since I was a kid and had to deal with an alcoholic parent. Just that constant dread. I don’t feel safe here :/

My roommate is currently marching around the living room talking to someone in his head. It’s not like he is talking to himself exactly, there is someone conversing with him in his head rn. I’m shaking
