It is! 2 shots of tequila, a bottle of grapefruit Jarritos, and a squirt of lime juice.

Not terribly sweet tasting, but the sugar content is pretty high. The grapefruit flavor adds a little bitterness and the tequila and lime help cut the sweetness too.

I haven't actually tried this yet, but I've thought about trying to make one with a Grapefruit Sculpin IPA.
