I was able to get two tickets for Green Day. I was initially in a 2 minute wait and when it let me add tickets I was getting the same message most were about not enough tickets regardless if I tried one or two tickets. Then the page went to unavailable screen. I assume that was their server being bogged down. Waited a few minutes and refreshed the page and it took me back to being able to add tickets and let me check out. Struck out on every Turnstile opportunity for Sub T so it was nice to get this one.

 

Hopefully the GReen Day setlist at the Metro will include a song of two from the past decade.

 

Congrats! Hope it's as epic as I imagine it will be in my mind.

 

Thanks. Hopefully it’s a cool set like when they played HOB Cleveland. Would love a set of only material American Idiot and before, but that probably won’t happen.

They're a lot of fun! I'm honestly a little worried about them getting squeezed in at Perry's, I'm hoping there's enough people there genuinely interested in checking them out to kind of balance out the "let's go party at Perry's!" crowd. I wish they were on a different stage, but I have a Saturday ticket now so I will be going to support for sure!

Wife and I went to Lincoln Park zoo for a while, now we're getting sushi and drinks, then hitting a board game Cafe later, and we'll STILL have some time to burn after that lol.

Metallica was fucking epic. Played their full set they were playing on their overseas fest dates. Went 20 minutes over

 

Fingers crossed that metro releases more Green Day tickets at like 9 am like they’ve done the last 2 days. Setting an alarm for 7 am just to make sure I’m up just in case
