This will end comfortably in my top 5 at the end of the year.

People are going to lose their minds when they get to hear this.

 

Wow, that’s a pretty bold statement haha. Always felt like these guys had a ton of potential, but have still been waiting on their “great” album.

 

I feel like they captured that early Citizen vibe and nailed it completely. My biggest comparison through it was like if Movements had a better vocalist lmao.

Lyrically it's impressive all the way through. I do think pumping out as many singles as they did could be a negative. Sleepwalker, Other People and Disappear are some of my favorites on this.

 

That hypes me up a ton, I can’t really get into Movements but I feel like a lot of it is the vocals. Early Ciz is a great vibe too, really miss their hookier side.

Damn now I wanna shoot out a couple emails and see if I can’t get an advance for a review

This is without doubt the best record this group of people have written. Feels a lot more in line with where I thought they were going after Hiding Games

 

These guys were awesome tonight. I’ll definitely listen to the album more tomorrow. I talked with the singer afterwards and he’s a pretty cool guy.
