I can hear what they're going for based on what they've given us, but I think my enjoyment of the album will largely hinge on how well the album gels as a whole, if that makes sense.
Gifted Every Strength was a huge grower for me, but I still listen to it all the time and it feels fresh. The guitar tone is disgusting. I like the new song but don't feel the need to overplay it, so I feel like I'll probably love it even more in context. Jami's feature is sick.
someone else on Reddit also claims to have heard the whole album (supposedly a friend of Erik, which gives big "my uncle works at Nintendo" energy). obviously taking it with a major grain of salt, but some of the descriptions have me excited if they're actually true. https://www.reddit.com/r/Loatheband/comments/1tr4n2q/list_of_features_on_the_new_album/
This guy has stitched together the clips https://www.reddit.com/r/Loatheband/comments/1u9gohn/full_snippet_maybe/
Was a bit more skeptical of this one and have 180'd on it completely, still sounds like them but also like Sade or Arctic Monkeys or something which is a sentence that should make absolutely no sense and yet!
liking the Contortionist-esque minute and a half acoustic outro that's been added to Gifted Every Strength too
