They're 3 for 3 so far for me. I'm really looking forward to this album.

 

These new songs are so fun. This is going to be a fun summer album.

 

This comes out Friday? Nice!

 

Looks like I might have to make the drive to Pocatello in September to see Lit and Hoobastank together haha. Lit never comes to Utah! Grrr.

View was a nice return to form. Went and saw them at the Wolf Den at Mohegan around that release, loved the first three albums, hopefully love this.

 

Can't stand the album cover but it's a nice mix of The Maine and The Dangerous Summer.

 

album cover is horrendous but the music actually does recapture that 'Place in the Sun' era, I dig it. some Weezer vibes on a few tracks, even.

 

I think instead of diving in today, I am going to do a discography run through and end with this

 

There’s a decent chunk of dorky stuff on here that makes me automatically consider this to be significantly lower than APITS. Not super into quite a bit of this… But I’m definitely willing to spin it a few more times to see if it clicks with me. But to be fair, I didn’t really like Atomic or any of the others that followed either so who am I? Haha. APITS is just so great.

 

some definitely 'dorky' stuff on here, ahah good way to put it. admire the energy on a few tracks though. APITS remains undefeated

 

I can't imagine liking A Place in the Sun but not Atomic. I feel like it's a very Enema/Take off your Pants like situation between them. They have a very similar sound, but they get slightly more experimental.

I kind of prefer Atomic most days, honestly, but A Place in the Sun obviously had much better singles.

The new album is super fun. I love the title track and The Life That I Got.

Yeah, it's super cheesy, but this band has always felt that way to me. Just a fun rock n roll pop-punk band that doesn't take themselves very seriously.

 

Yeah overall I think I like Atomic better, but Miserable was for sure one of my fave songs for a few years

I need to revisit everything. Aside from the country album lol. I keep forgetting to listen to this, suppose it'll be my gym music tonight

 

I really enjoyed this album. I think pre-release songs hit hardest, but the rest is enjoyable. Especially on a nice sunny day.

Atomic doesn’t have “Four” so that automatically takes it down a peg, eye em oh.

 

Goddamn this album is catchy as fuck

 

Mouth Shut 100% sounds like a Weezer song
