I think the reason this is my favorite is because it feels the most like an album's album. Super tight and concise, arguably no filler. It's got a vision to it that the older records don't have imo. "Barnacle" is just so fucking good man
seems like they were the last few shows in June. This is one thing that bothers me about them is their setlists. Why waste such a fun catalog of songs with repeat songs and covers?
there were two headliners in the European festival tour. Where their setlists were similar with an added Ministry cover and full Nelson and the set times were between an hour and an hour and 15 mins. I don’t see them playing longer that 75 mins on the headliner either right?
Are they cover covers? Setlists online have been confusing as it shows a lot of songs on tape like would be played when a band comes out?
When I saw them in 2022 I'm pretty sure they played 4 songs from the new album. And the only cover they did was a 1 minute jam to Killing in the Name. Didn't even play Behind Blue Eyes or Faith. I think their festival sets are much much different then their headlining shows. I wouldn't expect Break Stuff x2 on the Loserville tour.
Wes said last year they intended to travel somewhere this year to work on a follow-up, but who knows if that's still the case. I'd be surprised if they didn't though between all the touring activity and Durst guesting on so many other bands' tracks. I'd think they'd take advantage of the spotlight. fascinated to see if/how this tour rolls out. Sales don't seem great in the markets I've checked, and the lineup is ... questionable at best, but I'm hoping it goes down without issue and plan to go to the San Bernardino show. but re: the set lists, LB sets are so frustrating. I saw this show in 2019 at the Roxy in LA as a benefit for a women's abuse shelter and it was epic: Limp Bizkit Setlist at The Roxy, West Hollywood Troubadour iN LA same year was even better: Limp Bizkit Setlist at Troubadour, West Hollywood But SO MANY Bizkit shows (usually festivals as they don't tour much) are half cover songs and not anything like that Roxy show linked above. Wish they'd really go for it live, as the Roxy gig was fantastic (and Fred wore a Santa costume). intrigued/scared to see how this tour looks once it begins ...
tour started last night but no set list still, eager to see if its' (probably not) worth the $100+ tickets that aren't lawn seats ...

I wish there was a way to tell if someone I blocked made a post, because I can't tell if you're responding to someone's offer I can't see or if you're just telling the thread at large.
You know someone’s a bad poster if Penlab has them blocked. (And you’re probably correct in doing so?)
