I still love Tha Carter IV way too much. Pumped for this

 

I wasn't a fan of that cover art like three years ago and I'm still not now but I can't believe this is finally happening

So Wayne, Kanye and Logic all have albums coming out Friday......should be very interesting to see who gets the #1 spot on the charts.

I mean... it'll probably be Logic. But who cares?

 

I do lol. It's always exciting when the race is tight for the top spot. Logic is one of the biggest selling hip hop artists now, Kanye is Kanye, and there's always hype around Carter releases. It could honestly be any one of them.

Did ya'll forget how much fun the Kanye vs. 50 battle was in 2007?

Kanye is releasing on Saturday apparently so not sure if he would count, and I honestly think the hype surrounding this album combined with the preorder stuff could have Wayne beating Logic

I'm buying all three albums though lol

 

Idk why but I got a feeling we may not be getting a Kanye album Saturday

 

Idk, whenever he actually announces a concrete date he usually sticks with it. I could honestly see it going either way, though the fact that he's on SNL makes me lean more towards it actually happening

He flew to NY with Cudi and 070 Shake today for the show though so he might just be playing Ghost Town

 

Listened back through Carter IV this morning and definitely forgot how enjoyable it actually is. If V is anywhere near the quality of IV then I'll be happy

 

Yandhi is definitely gonna be worse. I'm cautiously optimistic for CV because he's had so much time to work on it.

 

Going off releases the past few years I’d put money on C5 being worse but still excited to see what is on the album.
