Surprised Like Pacific is above Broadside

 

Finally a tour announced in this week that's coming here haha. Pretty likely I go to the Montreal show but it's the day after Parkway Drive and there's like 4 other shows that week.

 

might hit up the Hamilton show depending on other shows even though I don't care much for Rarity

 

This looks like it's hitting Loud Fest at gamechanger world. Guess it's not a metal fest anymore lol

 

Broadside has one album and LP has been around for a good 4-5 years.

 

Doesn't change the fact that Broadside outdraws LP

 

I didn't know who Broadside was until Warped. I think they have a lot of potential, but aren't ready for a headliner yet. LP had the State Champs/Neck Deep tour that allowed them to grow their fanbase. That being said, this is hitting Northern markets for a reason, they can't seem to gain ground outside of Canada.

 

Well Broadside is on Victory Records who hasn't really promoted them up to this point. Like Pacific has been on some decent pop punk tours and they haven't really seemed to go anywhere. So I definitely think Broadside has more momentum right now which is odd they aren't headlining.

What a ridiculously good lineup. Had to double take when I first saw this

 

Broadside drummer has left the band for good and won't be on this tour

 

For 6 years now Broadside has been my baby. I got to see it go through the highest highs and the lowest of lows. I have met lifelong friends and relationships I'll never take for granted, but as life changes it is my time to step away from the road. I want to thank anyone and everyone who has supported Broadside in any way since day one and hope you continue to support them in their journey. This by no means is slowing down Broadside. There are some amazing things in the works and I fully support and wish the best for Ollie, Niles, and Dorian. I love them as my brothers. Thank you guys for giving me the best ride of my life and keep in touch! I love you.

This starts tonight! The lineup order is different for the Canada shows (Rarity as direct support over Broadside) so sets might not be accurate, but I'm really looking forward to seeing what all of the bands are playing.

I am so excited for this show - a bunch of talented bands that are poised to blow up. I have a feeling that this tour will be one of those shows where people will be saying "I wish I could've attended this tour!" in a few years.

 

My date was last night and I skipped it. Starting to burn out on shows and had Parkway Drive the night before. Broadside is only getting a half hour in Canada so welp.

 

Broadside is still only getting half an hour in the US which is really weird considering Rarity (who took the direct slot for the Canada shows) got more than that.
